A used construction hoist brought back to working condition

Our used hoists go through the same full-overhaul process: every mast section is straightened and inspected, cage structure, doors and interlocks are dismantled and checked, drive units and gearboxes are serviced with wear parts replaced, and cables, trolleys and electrical systems are reorganized. After refurbishment each unit passes no-load, rated-load and safety-device testing before release.

What the refurbishment covers

• Mast and ties: straightness correction section by section, weld inspection, bolt and rack checks, tie bars completed to suit the project.
• Cage and doors: structural correction, floor and panel repair, door locks and mechanical interlocks overhauled, full repaint.
• Drive and transmission: gearbox inspection, motor insulation test, rack and pinion check, brake adjustment or replacement.
• Safety devices: anti-fall device calibrated by test, upper/lower limits, door limits and overload protection verified one by one.
• Electrical system: cables, trolleys, control cabinets and pendants serviced, earth and insulation tested, optional VFD upgrade.

Typical models and condition

We usually offer SC100/SC100 and SC200/200 in single or twin cage versions, with lifting height configured up to 150 m, with standard or VFD control. Year, number of mast sections and cage condition depend on stock; machine video and component photos are provided before quotation.

Purchase process

1. Send lifting height, payload, number of cages and project location.
2. Video inspection and confirmation of refurbishment scope and accessories.
3. After contract signing, we report dismantling, inspection, painting and assembly progress step by step.
4. Load and fall-arrest testing, then release for shipment.
5. Sectional packing and shipping, with customs documents and installation guidance.

Trade-in available: we can assess the residual value of your existing hoist and offset it against a refurbished or new unit.
