Overview
The TC5013 is a compact flat-top tower crane with a 50 m jib, 6 t maximum load and 1.3 t tip load. Removing the tower head and pendant bars keeps erection simple and makes the crane easier to coordinate on sites where several cranes share the airspace.
Key features
- 50 m jib with 1.3 t at the tip for typical mid-rise floor plans.
- Flat-top structure: no apex or pendant bars, faster assembly and lower hook height.
- Bolted 1.6 x 1.6 x 2.5 m mast sections with locating pins for repeatable climbing.
- VFD hoisting, slewing and trolley drives for smooth starts and accurate placement.
- Moment limiter, overload protection, limit switches and anemometer as standard.
Typical applications
- Mid-rise residential and commercial buildings.
- Schools, hospitals and low-rise industrial buildings.
- Projects with limited site space or overlapping crane zones.
Configuration and delivery
Jib length, foundation frame and wall-tie arrangement are configured per project. The crane is supplied with erection drawings, load charts, inspection documents and a spare-parts list, packed for container or flat-rack transport.
